Studio at the foot of the dune, ideal surf stay

At the foot of the perfect dune to enjoy the beaches and the ocean, our studio is also very close to the Landes Forest. Located in a surrounded area of nature, it is a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, bars, bakery and surfshops and the market is 300 metres away in season.
You will love the sandy beach, supervised swimming and enjoy the nearby cycle paths.
Ample free public parking just in front of the studio.

Our studio of 30 m2 with terrace has a new open kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, glass-ceramic plates, oven and microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.
The kitchen opens onto a sunny terrace where you can dine with the light of the sunset.
The studio also includes a living room with television that can be watched from the sofa but also oriented towards American cuisine. The sleeping area includes a large comfortable bed in 160 and another in mezzanine in 90, each with wall lamp and USB plug included.
In the design bathroom you will find a walk-in shower and a super convenient towel dryer.
The apartment is of course connected to wifi and you can charge your electronic devices with the many wall lights and USB sockets.

To help you make the most of it, a reception guide will be issued before your stay, a real gold mine, you will find all the information necessary to enjoy 100% of your stay and the best addresses (restaurants, bar, shopping, cycle paths, various addresses...)
Close to the beaches, there are surf schools, board and bike rentals nearby and the Maison Bonheur concierge will offer discounts on these activities.
